Although she is nearly always smiling, I just loved this pensive image of Lian.  This is a preparatory drawing which I intend to develop into a painting later.

"My Greenwich Village Hat"

This is my first self-portrait, inspired by a favourite hat worn one late summer day on a wonderful visit to Washington Park Square in Greenwich Village, New York.

This magnificent Welsh Cob is 'Jacob', who celebrated his 30th Birthday last year, but sadly is no longer alive.  I completed this pastel painting of him from various photographs which I had taken and I hope this painting does justice to a really lovely gentle old horse.
